This full-automatic wood pellet production line is an integrated biomass pelletizing system. The production line covers five core processes: crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling & screening, and finished packaging. Equipped with complete conveying, dust removal and air control systems, it realizes fully automatic continuous production from raw materials to standard biomass pellets.
2. Production Process Flow
Raw material feeding → Dual-line crushing → Dust removal & screening → High-temperature drying → Precision pellet forming → Air cooling & shaping → Vibration screening → Finished material storage → Automatic packaging.
The fully automated assembly line minimizes manual operation and ensures high production efficiency.
3. Equipment Configuration & Technical Parameters
3.1 Dual Crushing System (Raw Material Preprocessing)
Two independent crushing lines work collaboratively to process wood materials of different sizes and humidity, ensuring uniform particle size and stable follow-up production. Each line is fully equipped with complete auxiliary equipment for enclosed and environmentally friendly operation.
No.1 Crushing Line: 3-4 tons/h output, for high-volume coarse and fine crushing with stable and efficient discharging.
No.2 Crushing Line: 2-3 tons/h output, for fine crushing of irregular wood scraps to guarantee consistent raw material fineness.
Auxiliary Equipment: Each line is equipped with fans, cyclone separators, air lock valves, dust removers and feeding/discharging conveyors. Closed operation prevents dust pollution and material waste, meeting environmental protection standards.
3.2 Wood Drying System (Moisture Regulation)
Drying is essential for qualified pellet production. This efficient drying system precisely reduces raw material moisture to the standard level, avoiding pellet cracking, loosening and mildew during storage.
Heating Device: 1,200,000 kcal high-efficiency burner, providing stable and high-utilization heat with low energy consumption.
Settling Chamber: 1500*3000mm specification, effectively settling impurities and improving raw material cleanliness while protecting core equipment.
Drying Performance: Hourly output of 0.7-1.34 tons, reducing raw material moisture from 35%-40% to the standard 13%, fully compliant with biomass pelletizing requirements.
Supporting Devices: Equipped with cyclones, air locks, induced draft fans and chimneys, realizing circulating heating, stable material conveying and standard exhaust emission.
3.3 Pellet Forming System
Dried and qualified wood materials are stably conveyed to the pellet machine for high-compression forming. The equipment runs stably with a scientific compression ratio, producing compact and uniform wood pellets.
Production Capacity: 2-3 tons/h stable output with a pellet forming rate above 95%. Wear-resistant and low-fault design supports long-term full-load continuous operation.
3.4 Cooling & Screening System
Freshly produced high-temperature pellets are soft and deformable. The cooling and screening unit cools, shapes and filters pellets to improve finished product quality and qualification rate.
Cooling Capacity: 2-4 tons/h processing capacity. Uniform air cooling rapidly solidifies pellets to enhance hardness and durability.
Screening Function: Matched with cyclone separators and high-precision vibrating screens to remove powder, fragments and defective pellets, retaining only qualified finished products.
3.5 Automatic Packaging System
Qualified pellets are transported to the finished product silo for stable feeding. The automatic packaging unit realizes quantitative bagging, sealing and discharging, featuring accurate metering, neat packaging and low labor cost.
Main Configuration: Finished product silo, material conveyor and automatic packaging machine, suitable for mass production and convenient for storage and transportation.
