WDM-D series is a multifunctional heavy-duty wood processing machine that integrates core technologies including impact, shearing, collision, and grinding. The wide feed opening design offers strong compatibility with material shapes and sizes, making it suitable for various types of woody materials that are bulky, fluffy, or irregular in shape.

To accommodate different raw material characteristics, we have designed two rotor configurations—knife-type and hammer-type—covering the vast majority of feed material types to ensure efficient cutting and stable operation. When equipped with the knife rotor, the machine can directly process raw materials such as logs and branches, producing wood chips as the final product with minimal fines generation, and the output quality is comparable to that of a drum chipper. For continuous high-volume production of logs, a drum chipper is the preferred recommendation.

After switching to the hammer rotor, the equipment can handle complex waste materials such as pallets and scrap boards, and is capable of processing feed containing iron nails and hard contaminants, producing mixed wood particles of varying sizes, which are primarily used for biomass fuel processing.

The entire machine is equipped with a forced chain-plate feeding mechanism, providing strong feeding capability to ensure continuous and stable production, while meeting diverse production needs ranging from log processing to waste material treatment.
