The sawdust pallet block hot press machine produces pallet pier blocks from sawdust, wood shavings and crushed wood. Raw materials are dried to moisture content below 10%, mixed with urea‑formaldehyde glue, and then hot‑pressed into blocks. Round or square feeding inlet is optional. Machine versions include double‑outlet and double‑inlet triple‑outlet, finished block sizes can be custom‑made. The produced blocks reach density of 550‑600 kg/m³, burr‑free, and resist cracking after 48‑hour water soaking. The finished blocks can be directly fed to pallet assembly machines.
