Raw materials are dried to moisture content below 10%, mixed with urea\u2011formaldehyde glue, and then hot\u2011pressed into blocks. Round or square feeding inlet is optional. Machine versions include double\u2011outlet and double\u2011inlet triple\u2011outlet, finished block sizes can be custom\u2011made. The produced blocks reach density of 550\u2011600\u202fkg\/m\u00b3, burr\u2011free, and resist cracking after 48\u2011hour water soaking.
