Development History

Since its establishment, Timsan Endüstriyel has been committed to enhancing industrial production efficiency, solving various engineering challenges, and manufacturing high-performance industrial machinery and equipment. Today, we are a world-class provider of complete solutions serving the wood processing, forestry, and biomass energy industries on a global scale.

Phase I

1988 — Founded: Timsan established to handle large-scale engineering and custom industrial solutions.

1992 — First Dust Collector: Independently developed the first industrial dust collection system, enabling cleaner, safer factory floors.

1996 — Heating & Purification: Launched the first generation of heavy-duty industrial heating and air purification systems.
Phase II

2001 — Raw Material Shredding Expanded: Production capacity is upgraded with the launch of high-capacity wood chippers to meet large-volume raw material processing demands.

2004 — Fine Grinding Technology: Industrial hammer mills are introduced, capable of processing wood waste into uniformly sized sawdust feedstock.

2008 — Entry into Green Energy: The company ventures into the environmental new energy sector, launching high-efficiency biomass boilers to help factories achieve clean-energy heating.
Phase III

2012 — Wood Pellet Production Line Debut: Integrating crushing, drying, and pelletizing technologies, a full turnkey wood pellet production line is introduced.

2014 — Composite Pallet Equipment Innovation: In response to global green logistics demand, an automated composite pallet production line is developed.

2017 — Continuous Block Foot Production Line: An independently designed continuous extrusion sawdust pallet block production line helps customers transform wood waste into high-quality logistics and warehousing components.

2019 — European Market Penetration: With growing market demand, factory capacity is expanded, and equipment is directly exported to Germany, Spain, and Italy.
Phase IIII

2020 — Housai International Trade Founded: To optimize the global supply chain and improve the international procurement system, Housai International Trade Co., Ltd. is established in Dongguan, China, serving as a key East Asian operations hub.

2021 — Panel & Hydraulic Forming Equipment Upgraded: Large-scale hydraulic plywood production lines are introduced, and the trade footprint expands to Eastern Europe and Russia.

2023 — Heavy-Duty Oriented Strand Board Production Line: An automated large-scale OSB (Oriented Strand Board) production line is designed and delivered for major industrial clients.

2026 & Beyond — Building a Global Engineering Enterprise: With modern production bases, Timsan’s services cover vast markets across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa, while the China Operations Center continues to provide comprehensive support to global customers.
